ABOUT ME
I’m Irina, a certified yoga teacher in Bucharest (official certification Nov 2025).
I teach gentle, science-based yoga in English, with a special focus on women 40+. My classes are about stress relief, hormone balance, and reconnecting with feminine softness.
MY PRINCIPLES
SCIENCE-BASED YOGA
My teaching is based on anatomy, physiology, and breathwork. We don’t chant mantras, we don’t talk about chakras or cosmic energy. Instead, we focus on what can be felt in the body and explained by science — like how slower breathing calms the nervous system or how gentle movement releases tension.
FEMININE SOFTNESS
Yoga is a safe space to reconnect with softness and balance. Gentle movement and calm breath help us return to our feminine side and restore inner strength without pressure or competition.
SUPPORT FOR WOMEN 40+
I create classes for women in peri- and post-menopause, focusing on stress relief, hormone balance, better sleep, and overall well-being.
STRESS RELIEF AND BALANCE
Each class is designed to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and bring a sense of harmony into daily life. Even short, simple practices can make a big difference.
